Below are some answers to some frequently asked questions :

What will the postage cost be?

With "standard delivery" items are sent via Royal Mail signed for, second class service . You should receive you item within 3 *working days from it being dispatched.

Standard Delivery is charged at £3.99 for orders of £75 or less. Free** over £75 (dispatched Monday to Friday).

With "express delivery" items are sent via Royal Mail signed for, first class service. You should receive you item within 1 *working day from it being dispatched.

Express Delivery is charged at £6.99 for orders of £75 or less. Free** over £75 (dispatched Monday to Friday)

*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

**UK Mainland excludes Highlands and Islands

I received a faulty / wrong item, how do I return this?

If the item is faulty or you have received the wrong item. Please let us know first via email sending pictures of the fault (if applicable) and we will supply you with a pre paid label to return the item.

Your refund will be made within 14 days from which we receive the product back from you. Please send products back in original packaging.

I brought a present for my nephew but found out he already has one, what can I do ?

You have a 30 day period from the day after you received your order in which to send your order back to us for a refund. Your refund will be made within 14 days from which we receive the product back from you.

We only accept returns that are unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. We suggest a recorded or signed for delivery service is used so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
